Phil Wright has 38 years of Global Design/Development, Quality, Operational Excellence, Customer Experience, and Operations experience.
Most recently, Phil was the Chief Customer Officer and Vice President of Customer Operations at Badger Technologies, a product division of Jabil. In this role, he was responsible for driving all installation, deployment, monitoring, customer support, preventative and reactive maintenance, as well as Operational and Customer Analytics, for Badger’s robotics and cloud-based solutions.
Prior to Badger Technologies, Phil drove the Customer Experience Mission at Lenovo, where he implemented best-in-class systems for understanding the customer journey and addressing customer pain points, and creating CX-focused incentive systems for all employees. Before Lenovo, Phil ran product and technology development, ISO and product quality, lean-six sigma, and customer experience initiatives at Lexmark International, Inc.
Phil is a graduate of the University of Louisville’s Speed Scientific School, holding both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a Certified Customer Experience Professional, Lean Supply Chain Practitioner, and holds 26 US Patents.
