Govind Balu is the Founder of QuaXigma. Govind started QuaXigma with a mission to develop customer centric analytics products and solutions tailored to meet all size business needs. He brings more than 25 years of experience in implementing business-relevant data analytical strategies to optimize business outcomes and drive businesses to a competitive advantage. He is a recognized thought leader in data analytics and has led A.I Products/Applications at scale for enterprises to drive digital transformation across different industries.
Prior to founding QuaXigma, Mr. Balu was a key member of Front Store strategy and the senior leader of Customer Loyalty and Personalization for CVS Health and responsible for building the AI Personalization Engine to grow Front Store sales, improve margin and customer engagement; Chief Analytics Officer for Axis Capital where he was responsible for leading A.I product deployment to accelerate the underwriting and claims operations, drive digital transformation, and improve customer engagement and experience; Chief Data and Analytics Officer for Allstate Roadside Services and was responsible for the company’s overall data & analytics strategy and implementing analytical capabilities to improve company operations, digital transformation, and expand the business growth. Mr. Balu also worked at both Walgreens and Bank of America, where he held senior data analytics positions.
Mr. Balu holds a Master’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Statistics.
